📸 Reuse Published Photos for Posts & Offers – No More Uploading Again!
You no longer need to upload the same photo over and over again when creating posts or offers. Now, you can simply choose a photo that is already published in your Business Profile and use it again!
When creating a new post or offer, you’ll now see a gallery of photos that you’ve already uploaded before. Just select the one you want and continue—no need to upload it again.
This update saves you valuable time by eliminating repetitive uploads. You can quickly select existing photos instead of searching through your files and uploading the same images multiple times. We developed this feature based on your feedback, and we’re thrilled to deliver this time-saving improvement to your workflow.
Many of you asked whether reusing photos would cause duplications in your Business Profile gallery. Good news! As one user in our community discovered and our team confirmed: selected photos will not be duplicated in your gallery. Google used to add post images to your business gallery automatically, but this is no longer the case.
Additionally, reusing published photos has no negative impact on your Business Profile visibility or ranking. You can confidently reuse your best-performing images across multiple posts without any SEO concerns.
🖼️ Remove the Footer from Your Review Poster
Now, you have the option to hide the footer section from your Review Poster with just one click!
While creating your Review Poster, you’ll see a toggle labeled “Show footer.” If you turn it OFF, the black footer (with the text “We use Localo to grow our business”) will be removed. The poster will be generated without this footer, giving you a more customizable look.
This feature it’s especially useful for agencies and businesses who prefer to share posters without Localo branding. With a simple toggle, you can create professional-looking review posters tailored to your specific needs.
Footer switch is available only for paid Localo subscriptions.
🔄 Localo Now Remembers Your Posting Preferences
We’ve made a small but super helpful update based on user feedback! Now, when you’re scheduling a post, Localo remembers your publishing preferences, so you don’t have to set them again every single time.
Localo now saves your publishing preferences: where you want to publish the post, the Facebook account you’ve selected, your chosen Call to Action (CTA), and your website link. This makes it faster to create multiple posts in a row and cuts down on unnecessary clicks.
Note that this data is cached in your browser. It won’t be remembered if you clear cookies or log in from a different browser or device.
